These terms apply to your use of this website, www.erzlearn.com, run by ERZlearn of Lagos, Nigeria. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
Using the ERZlearn platform itself will be covered by a separate subscription agreement, which you'll see before your school signs up.
2. ERZlearn is in pre-launch
ERZlearn isn't yet available to buy. Features marked "Available at launch" describe what we plan to offer when we launch, and may change. Features marked "Coming soon" don't have a release date yet. Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
3. Early access
- Joining the early-access list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- The first 10 schools to join early access get ERZlearn free for their first year. We confirm the details in writing to each of those schools.
- We haven't published prices yet. Any prices we share before launch may change.
4. Using the website
Please don't misuse the website. For example, don't try to break its security, overload it, submit false or automated form entries, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Our content
The ERZlearn name, logo, text and design of this website belong to ERZlearn. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without permission. Dashboard screenshots and mock-ups on this website use sample data.
6. No guarantees
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, ERZlearn isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.
7. Links to other websites
We may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data on this website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
