Is there really no credit card required for the free trial?

Correct. You can start a 14-day free trial with just an email address. We will never charge you without your explicit consent at the end of the trial period.
What happens when I exceed my student limit?

We will notify you when you reach 90% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We will never lock you out mid-term — additional students can be added at a prorated cost until your next billing cycle.
Can I switch plans mid-year?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we will prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you always get what you paid for.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or public schools?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for registered non-profit schools and government-run public schools. Contact our sales team with proof of status to apply for discounted rates.
What currencies can I pay in?

Subscription billing is in USD. However, we accept payment via card (Stripe), and Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing in GBP, EUR, or local currencies depending on region.
